FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 14th day of January, 1981,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
,finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
~and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
:the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
~is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDCED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriaae between ILENE
:JACKSON and LEOTIS JAeKSON be, and the same is, hereby dissolved,
~and the parties and each of them are hereby forever f reed from the
,obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: The custody of the minor children of the
~
;parties, DON JACKSON and TONY JACKSON, is awarded to the Wife,
=~ILENE JACKSON, with reasonble rights of visitation reserved to
;the Husband, LEOTIS JACKSON, which shall include at least one (1)
~ month continuously durinq each summer vacation and on alternate
