CASE N0. 81-17-FR / FINAL JUDGMENT OF ' DISSOLUTIOI~OF MARPIAGE THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the /5,~ day of January, 1981, upon the pleadings f iled herein and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor and physical c~ndition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists bet~-een the parties; and that the marria~e is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION. The marri~age between ARI.ENE DENISE SWEAT, Wife, and KENNETN II4MAN ~WEAT, Husband, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. - 2. CUSTODY. Custody of the one minor female child, to-wit: SHANNON-MARI DENISE SWEAT, d.o.b. January 27. 1980, is hereby awarded to rhe Wife, with reasonable visitation rights granted to the Nusband. 3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on the /~v j~ day of January, 1981, the Husband will pay to the Wife the sum of $25.00 each and every week fcr the support of ~he before-named child; said sum to continue until such time as the chi.ld reaches majority~ marries or becomes self supporting. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court and by him remitted promptly, to ARLEr?E•DENISE SWEAT.
