ORDER
THIS CAUSE, havin~ come on to be heard on all pending motions
and petitions on January 14~ 1981, and the Court having heard testimony
of the parties and witnesses, heard argument of counsel, considered
the file and being otherwise fully and well advised in the premises,
finds and determines as follows:
1. That the Property Settlement Agreement- dated June 4~ 1979,
and filed in this cause is in full force and effect to the extent that
it has not-been modified and both parties are ordered to comply.
Compliance shall consist of, brt not be limited to, the following; F
(a) The Husband shall pay for medical insurance and~

private school tuition as set forth in said Agreement. ~
:
(b) The Wife shall return all furniture to the Husband
as set forth in the Property Settler-ent Agreement.
(c) That visitation should be modified.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND AD.;UBGED that visitation by the Husband with
the two children of the parties shall be modified to include eight
weeks during the months of June, July and August which shall be
exercised in a manner so Chat it shall not ir_terfere with the children's
schooling. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that during such visitation the children
sha?1 not be in the Father's home which is attached to a nursing home

without being.unsupervised by a responsible adult. It is further '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband shall pay all travel ~
expenses. ~It is further
ORDERED AND AD.?UIyGED that child support shall abate by 1/2
