FULL RELEASE OF LIEN AND
SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
This full retease of lien and satisfaction of Mortgage executed as of the
28th day of October, 1980, by Chemical Bank, a New York banking corporation, and
John J. Fleming (hereinafter collectively called the "'Ilrustees");
~VITNESSETH:
~VHEREAS, Lawnwood ~7'edical Center, Inc., bv- mortgage dated as of
1~larch 9, 1978, and recorded in O.R. Book 283, page ?78, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, conveyed to 'ilrustees and W. Henry Barber, Jr., as co-trustee
the following described property:
Being property in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
as follows:
From the Southwest corner of Block 95 of Lawnwood Addition Sub-
division as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 16, St. Lucie County, Florida,
run North 0° OS' S8" East a distance of 88.86 feet to the point of
beginning, thence continue North 0° 05' S8" East 881.28 feet to the South
line of an 80 foot right-of-way for Nebraska Avenue,thence run South
89° 25' 32" East along said rightrof-way 526.64 feet to the beginning of a
curve concave to the Northwest, said curve having a radius of 672.00
feet and a central angle of 12° 57' 40", thence run easterly along said
curve 152.02 feet, thence run South Ol° 25' West, 203.ll feet, thence run
South 89° 28' 42" East, I5.00 feet, thence run South Ol° 25" West, 75.00
feet, thence run South 89° 28' 42" East, 445.19 feet to the West line of a
60 foot rightrof-way for Lawnwood Circle, thence run South Ol° 25' West
along said rightrof-way 132.03 feet to the beginning of a curve concave
to the Northeast, said curve having a radius of 155.00 feet end a central
angle of 54° 42' 13", thence run Southeasterly along seid curve 147.99

concave to the Northvvest, said curve having a radius of 188.00 feet and a

to secure payment of a certain Security Note of even dete payable to 'Il~ustees; and
WHEREAS, the Security Note and the obligations secured thereby have
been satisfied in full and caneelled end Trustees as the holders of the Security Note
desire to releese and satisfy of record the lien of the mortgege;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and other good and
