1. The Purchaser is anticipatin~ a cash offer on a tract of Land which
he owns. Should this offer become a reality, the Purchaser shall
have at his option~the opportunity of paying cash in lieu of terms
so he might exchange his property in lieu of a sale.
2. The Purchaser, at his expense, shall apply to the appropriate county
authorities at the earliest possible~date for a Planned Unit Develop-
c~nt for the said property. Said development will be for the
constFUCtion of a minimum of 310 residential units.
. All property lying between State Road A-1-A and the building set-
back line shall be designated in the Planned Unit Development as
useable lands.
3. All peranits shall inure to the benefit of the land at no cost to the
Sellers. •
4. In the evtat any of the conditions set forth above have not been
satisfied within 1s0 days from the acceptance of this Agreement, this
Agreement shall terminate and be of no further force or effect unless
Purchaser shall waive the unsatisfied.conditions in writing. If this
Agreement is so terminated, the deposit money shall be returned to
Purchaser.
