to this Cause and enter into this Stipulation to settle all
of the issues raised in the pleadings and it is agreed_as
follows:
1. JOSEPH J. DeROSS, JR., as attorney for ,
Thomas L. Hooper agrees to waive any claim for attorney fees
or costs except the Clerk's registry fee, for the filing of
the Interpleader action.
2. ROBERT J. GORMAil, attorney for Anna J. Brahim
agrees to disuiiss his Cruss-C1aiTC~ against i~or;~oocl L. ~r~vor
and Jean Trevor and to accept one half (1/2) of the proceeds
held by Clerk~ less one half (1/2) of the registry fee.
3. WILLIAM D. ANDERS0~1~ JR., attorney for
Norwood L. Trevor and Jean Trevor agrees to dismiss his Counter-
Claim against Thomas L. Hooper and their Cross-Claim against
Anna J. Brahim. They agree to accept one half (1/2) of the
proceeds held by the.Clerk, less one half (1/2) of the registry
fee.
