THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on the
Stipulation and the Court having revi~wed sar.:c, it is therefore;
ORDERED A.ND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Clerk of the Circuit Court is directed to
pay one half (1/2) of the proceeds held in the registry less
any fee to Anderson & Dungey, P.A. Trust Account, and one half
(ll2) to Brennan, McAliley, Hayskar, McAliley & Deckert Trust
Account. .
2: The Cross Claims of Anna J. Brahim and Norwood
L. Trevor and Jean Trevor are dismissed with prejudice.
3. The Counter Claim of :~orwood L. Trevor and
Jean Trevor against Thomas L. Hooper is dismissed with
prejudice.
4. Each party shall pay their own attorney fees
and costs.
