WITNESSETN:
The Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
(a10~00) and other good and valuable considerations to the said Grantor
in hand paid by said Grantee(s), the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, has granted, bargained, and sold to the said Grantee(s), his /~

3. Amended Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and
Easements of Tarpon Bay Villas, recorded in Official
Record Book 331, at Page 966 thru 996, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.

Grantor hereby fully warrants title to said land, and will
