CONSENT TO SALE
LAWNWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATIay INC., the entity responsible
for the operation of LAWNWOOD MEDICAL ARTS BUILDING, a condominium
according to the Declaration of Condominium dated July 17, 1978
in Official Record Book 290 at Page 1627 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby consents to the sale of Unit
No. 2-F of said condominium by LAWNWOOD MEDICAL ASSOCIATES, LTD.,
to ROSHAN L. H.~ SINGH and SHAKUN R. L. SINGH, his wife.
LAWNWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATLG'~y INC. also certifies that
all assessments against the above described unit have been paid
in full.
