THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 26th day of

Acres, datea June 27th , 1979, recorded in O. R. Book
313 at page 1398 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and further
SUBJECT TO zoning and/or other restrictions and prohibitions
imposed by governmental authority, r~strictions and
matters appearing on the plat andjor common to the
subdivision, and public utility casements of record.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in any~-•ise appertaining.
TO ~~AVE AND TO }~OLD, the same in fee simple forever.
A2.D, the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that it
is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has good right
and lakful authority to sell and convey said land; that it hereby
fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against
