MORTGAGE EXTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this ~.~ day of January, 1981, by
and between DAVID L. WALKER, KENNETH L. NEILL, ROY L. NEILL and
JAMES DAVID NEILL, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagors", and
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, hereinafter referred to as "Mort-
gagee."
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on the 27th day of Alovember 1978, Mortgagors
borrowed from Sun eank the sum of $225,000.00 and executed and
delivered to Mortgagee their promissory note for said amount
payable on or before November 27, 1979, bearing interest at the
rate of 108 per annum; and .
WHEREAS, the indebtedness evidenced by the aforementioned
$225,000.00 promissory note is secured by a first purchase
money mortgage given by Mortgagors to Mortgagee on the follow-
ing described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Gots 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27, of INDUSTRIAL SUB-
DIVISION, as per plat in Plat Book 9, page 5, St. Lucie
County, Florida, except that part of Lot 20 described as:

Begin at SE corner of Lot 20, run West along South line of
Lot 20, 115 feet, thence Northerly parallel to the West
boundary of Lot 20, to the R.O.W. of F.E.C. Branch line to ,
Farmers Market as shown on plat of INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION, -
thence Southeasterly along R.O.W. line to East line of Lot
20, thence Southerly along East line to Point of Beginning;
and ~.
WHEREAS, said first purchase money mortgage (hereinafter
referred to as the Mortgage) dated November 27, 1978, was re-
cozded on November 27, 1978, in O.R. Book 298, at page 1898, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage has previously been modified in
accordance with the terms of that certain Mortgage Modification
Agreement dated December 14, 1979, and recorded on December 20,
1979, in O.R. Book 322, at page 1707, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the mortgage has further been modified by that
certain Mortgage Modification Agreement dated August 18, 1980,
