Neill and James David Neill, is in the amount of $98~308.24, and accrued interest on said indebtedness has been paid through November 27, 1980. 4. The current principal balance of that portion of the indebtedness evidenced by the aforementioned promissory note attributable to David L. Walker is in the amount of $98.308.24~ and accrued interest on said indebtedness has been paid through November 27, 1980. 5. That portion of the indebtedness attributable to Kenneth L. Neill, Roy L. Neill and James David Neill shall bear interest from and including November 28, 1980, at the rate of 14 1/,28 per annum and said interest shall be payable in con- secutive quarterly installments, with the first such install- ment due on February 27, 1981. 6. That portion,of the indebtedness attributable ~o David L. Walker shall bear interest fr4m and including November 28, 1980, at the rate of 14 1/2$.per annum and said interest shall be payable in consecutive quarterly installments, with the `first such installment due on February 27, 1981. 7. The entire outstanding principal balance of that por- tion of the indebtedness attributable to Kenneth L. Neill, Roy L. Neill and James David Neill, and all accrued interest there- ;, on, shall be due and payable on November 27, 1981. 8. In the event of default by Kenneth L. Neill, Roy L.
