tion of the aforementioned indebtedness attributable to him
shall bear interest at the rate of 18$ per annum.
11. As hereby modified, all terms and conditions of the
Mortgage .and promissory note secured thereby, as previously
modified by the Modification Agreements recorded in O.R. Book
322 at page 1707, and O.R. Book 337 at page 271 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, are hereby ratified, con-
' firmed and approved.
12. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to impair
the security of Mortgagee under the Mortgage.
13. This agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be
binding upon the parties hereto and their personal represen-
tatives, heirs, beneficiaries, successors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agree-
ment in triplicate, each of which shall be considered an origi-
