t~e exhibits filed herein, Attidavit of Indebtedness, and the
Default entered against the Defendant herein for its failure to
appear or file any paper as required by law within the time per-
mitted therefor. It is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff do have and recover of
and from the Defendant, TWO AND THREE COMPANY d/b/a The Embers
Restaurant, the sum of $1985.00 together with interest prior to
judgment of $~1-28 , and Plaintiff's costs taxed herein in the

for a total sum due Plaintiff of $2.100.28 , for all of which sum
