LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, JODY TRUHAN, of 15 Henry
Street, Succusunna, New Jersey, do hereby appoint NELS E. HALLSTROM,
of 1431 Bayshore Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, as my attorney
in fact and in my name, to make, execute, seal and deliver all do-
cuments of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to
Condominium Association forms, in connection with the purchase,
sale, and ownership of Apartment E-II-206 of COLONNADES CONOOMINIUMS
N0. 3, situate at 1176 6ayshore Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, here-
by giving and granting unto said attorney in fact, NELS E. HALLSTROM,
full power and authority to do any act whatsoever requisite in and
about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I could
do if personally present, and furthe,r hereby ratifying and confirm-
ing all that said attorney in fact ; NELS E.,NALLSTROM, shall law-
fully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
