COME NOW all parties hereto, by and through their
undersigned attorneys, and hereby file this their stipulated
Motion for a trial continuance, and allege in support thereof:
(1) This case is not yet ready for trial.
(2) This case cannot reasonbly be prepared for trial
by the time of this Court's 1/19/81 docket.
(3) That additional discovery needs to be completed.
(4) That all parties stipulate to a trial continuance.
(5) That a trial continuance would be in the best interests
of all parties and to the prejudice of none.

ORDER OF CONTINUANCE
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the Stipulated
Motion for Continuance filed herein, and having considered the
merits of said Stipulated Motion as well as h~ving otherwise
been fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
