COMES NOW, ROBERT 2ANKL, RONALD L. TOMECEK, GARY GUYETTE and
WILLIAM BURKE; and For the purposes of this Affidavit, state:
1. That they are all of the Partners of that certain General
Partnership known as PORT ST. LUCIE WAREHOUSING, A GENERAL PARTNERSHIP
formed by written agreement on February 29; 1980.
2. That PORT ST. LUCIE WAREHOUSING, A GENERAL PARTNERSHIP has
been in existence since February 29,1ggQ and subsequent to the execution
of the aforementioned Partnership Agreement did, pursuant to said
agreement purchase and take title to the following real property:
Lots 2 and 3, Block 2 of PORT ST. LUCIE INDUSTRIAL PARK
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
16, Page 27-A of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. ~
Lot 4, Block 2 of PORT ST. LUCIE INDUSTRIAL PARK
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
16 at Page 27-A of the Public Records o~ St. Lucie
County, Florida.
3. That no other person has any interest in the aforementioned
property other than the Partners listed in the aforementioned agreement,
and which are the affiants hereto.
4. That the a~orementioned Partnership has been continuously
in existence since February 29, 1980 through the date of the signing
