Presentment, notlce ot dishonor, and protest are hereby waived by all makers, sureNes, guarantors
and endorsers hereof. This Note shall be the joint and several obligaNoe ot ali makers. suretfes.
guaraetors and endorsers. and shall be bindtng upon them and their successors and assigns.
Any noHce to Borrower provided fot in this Note shall be given by mailing such notlce by certified
mail addressed to Borro~t-er at tlie Property Address stated below. or to such other addresa as Borrower
may deslgnate by notlce to the Note holda. Any notice to the Note bolder shall be given by mailing such .
notice by certiHed mail. return receipt requested. to the Note holder at the address stated in the first
