to assume the folloWing:
1. Taxes for the current and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements, and other

4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Declaration of Covenants and

The urantee hereby assua~es the obligations of a member of said Property Owner's
Associatiori.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to-~nd be ~inding upon the
heirs, executors, administrators, successora and assigns of the respeetive
parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully Warrant title to all the premises
hereby conveyed against a21 and every person whomsoever, laWfully claiming by,
through or under Grantor; and Will defend same against the lawful claims of
