Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknarledgea that this
purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VII.LAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub,~ect
ir. every respect to the Deelaration of Condami~iun as to the condominium in
which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not lim-
ited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaratlon of Condominiun or re-
ferred to therein), the By-LaWS of the Association, Articles of I~corporation~
the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales
brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments
to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation~
By-LaWS and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners
Association; and Purchaser further acknoxledges receipt of an@ reading and
examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
plan, and acknoxledges that each and every provision of the foregoing 3s essen-
tial, to the successful operation and managemer~t of the Condominium property
and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the otirners therein.
Purchaser and all a+ners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits
attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property O~rner's
Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
ahle, fair and~equitable, and said Purchaser acknoWledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purehaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaratfon of Coven-
ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assuc^~s the obligations as to the
Property Owner's Association as to his condomi~ium parcel. Purchaser confirms
that a22 Warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits attached thereto, and
the common expenses and the sums due under the Property OWner's Association and
other charges are estimated only. No Warranty or guaranty is made or~intended
nor may one be relied upon except where the same is specifically Warranted or
guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto.
