Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and in addition, n UCC-1 Financing
Statement filed with the Secretary of State, State of Florida, on December 7,
1978, under File No. 966909, betwecn sai:! parties; and

release the pcemises and other property herein~fter described, being a part of seid
