on Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 85 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at the SW corner of said Lot 9 and run
thence East 38.1 feet-to a point; thence North 30.0 feet to the
SW corner of a lot known as Lot 14 of an unrecorded Plat and
the point of beginning; thence run North parallel with the West
line of said Lot 9 a distance of 150.0 feet to a point; thence
run East parallel with the South line of said Lot 600.0 feet,
more or less, to the NW corner of the Dora L. Ausley parcel;
thence run South with Ausley line and parallel with~the West
line of said Lot 9 a distance of 150.0 feet; thence r~~n West
parallel with the South line of said Lot 9, a distance of 600.0
feet, more or less, to the point of beginning: said parcel
being Lots 13, 14, 15. 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 of an unrecorded
Plat of resubdivision of said Lot 9, by J. W. Whitice dated
April 7, 1959~;
SECOND: The East 277.6 feet of the .West 307.6 feet of the North
150 feet of I.ot 9, J. I. Kellem's Subdivision according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 85 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
