THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Motion and Stipula-
tion for Continuance of the pre-trial conference and trial of this
cause of action as entered into and agreed between counsel, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED that said cause of action as to pre-trial cohference
and trial is stricken from the January 19, 1981, docket until re-
noticed for trial by either party hereto.
