STIPULATION
COME NOW the undersigned attorney for Plaintiff, INEZ
QUEEN NELSON, and the undersigned attorney for the~Defendant,
D.A.D., INC., and as such stipulate and agree to the dismissal
. of Plaintiff's action against the Defendant with prejudice, due
to the mutual satisfaction by the parties of all claims and
counterclaims.
Specifically, the Plaintiff shall tender Four Hundred
Sixteen Dollars and Sixty Eight Cents ($416.68} to .the
Defendant represen•ting all monies claimed by the Defendant,_.
and the Defendant shall deliver to the Plaintiff a satisfaction
of mortgage.
