G. C., INC., Who beinq by me first duly sworn~, deposes and says:
That this Affidavit is made in compliance with
Section 865.09 of the Florida Statutes.
That the Affiant composes all of the persons
interested in the business enterprise known and doing business
as: CVli EXECUTIVE HOMES, located and operating at the following
address:

and that the extent of the interest of each Affiant in said
