The undersigned Guardian, NORMA B. DYESS, of DEBORAH RUTH
GYESS~, alleges :
1. That the need for the continuance as to the guardianship
o~ said minor no ~onger exists by reason of the fact that said DEBORAH
RUTH DYESS is of legal age an~ should be dismissed from this Guardianship.
2. That Petitioner ~iles herewith a Final Return as to said
D~BQRAH RU'.~H DYESS, co~taini.ng a full and correct amount of all receips
and disbu~'sements of a~l the minor's property o~ which Petitioner had
