This proceeding was heard on the petition for discharge of
the Guardian of DEBORAH RUTH DYESS, notice of hearing on said petition
having been waived by all persons entitled to same, and the Court being
satisfied that the Guardian has faithfully discharged the duties as
such Guardian, has rendered a complete and accurate final return, and
has delivered the assets of the -said DEBORAH RUTH DYESS to said DEBORAH
RUTH DYESS, it is
ADJUDGED that said Guardian is hereby discharged, and the
surety on the Guardian's bond, if any, is released from further liabil-
ity as to the said DEBORAN RUTH DYESS.
