Comes now BETTY RUTH PRINCE, as the duly qualified~and
acting Personal Representative of the Estate of MARY PUKIES,
deceased, by and through her undersigned attorneys, and hereby
moves this Honorable Court for an Order distributing the follow-
ing described real property, which is an asset of this estate,_
to her, and in support thereof would show that she is the sole
beneficiary of this estate under the Last Will and Testament of
the decedent, MARY PUKIES, which is filed herein:

SUBDIVISION, according to a plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 8, page
30, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
