.~ I, EMMA R. YANAROS, of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last
Wili and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other •~
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my Executor to pay, out of my
residuary estate, all of my just debts, including the ex-
penses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give and bequeath my residence located
at 407 North Sixth Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, to my son,
N~CHQLAS E. YANAROS, per stirpes.
CLAUSE III: I give, devise and bequeath all of the '
rest, residue and remainder of my property, real and per-
sonal, wherever situate and whether acquired before or a£ter
the execution of this Will, equally to my sons, FRANK E.
YANAROS, JR., and JOHN O. YANAROS, per stirpes and not per
,
capita.
CLAUSE IV: I nominate and appoint my sons, FRANR E.
YANARQS, JR., JOHN O. YANAROS and NICHOLAS E. YANAROS, as
Executors of this Will, to serve without bond.
My Executors are invested with full power and au-
thority to sell, convey, transfer and-assign any ar.d all
personal property and real estate belonging to my estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
seal, this 6th day of June,'1973.
