The relief sought as to such property is to foreclose
that certain indenture of mortgage dated June 3, 1975, from
Bernie Thames and Alexandria Thames, his wife, to First Federal
Savings and Loan Associa~ion of Fort Pie rce, which said
indenture of mortgage is recorded in Official Record Book 240
at page 1535 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
You will therefore govern yourselves accordingly.
