THIS CAUSE, having come for trial on the 13th~day of
January~ 1981, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence and observed
the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub-
ject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED A.'VD ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between JAMES EDWARD
REICHELDERFER, Husband, and RONI REICHELDERFER~ Wife, be and the
same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are
hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligation arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the one (1) minor female child,
to wit:
Danielle E. Reichelderfer _1 year Born March 16. 1979
is hereby awarded to the t~ife, with reasonable visitation rights
granted to the Nusband. The infant, Danielle E. Reichelder, ~
may not be removed from the jurisdiction of Florida or from the
Wife's marital home for extended summer vacations of four (4) to
six (6) weeks until this minor child has attained the age of
four (4) years. .
