3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on Che 19th of
January~ 1981~ the Nusband will pay to the Wife the sum of $25.00
each and every week for the support of the before named child;
said sum to continue until said child has reached majority, mar-
ried or become self-supporting.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of Court and by
him remitted promptly to RONI J. REICHELDERFER. In addition~
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to
be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of tine
parties are ordered Co keep~the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence address~s at all times while this
Order is in effect.
~+. PERSONAL PROPERTY. The Wife is awarded the record
collection given to her by her father now in the possession of
the Husband and the Husband shall turn the record collection
over to the Wife within 30 days of the date of this Order.
S. MARITAL DEBTS. The Husband and Wife have a joint and
several debt to the First National Bank and Trust Company of .
Stuart, for which the Husband is responcible for one/half (~) of
the debt and the Wife is responcible for one/half (~) of the
debt. The Hushand is further ordered to reimburse the Wife
within thirty (30) days of Proof of Payment mailed to his last
known address for any payment actually made by the Wife on her
one/half (~) of the obligation to First National Bank and Trust
Company of Stuart. These payonents are temporary child support
payments due and owed to the Wife at the time of filing of the
suit until this Order has been entered.
