FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause coming on to be heard upon the Petition for
Dissolution of Marriage and Answer and Petitioner, having appeared
with counsel, and Respondent, having appeared with counsel, and
the Court having heard testimony of .the parties, their witnesses .
' and having considered evidence, arguments of counsel, and being
otherwise fully advised in the oremises, the Court finds and
decides as follows: _
1. The parties were married on August 31, 1963, in
Greenwich, Connecticut.
2. The Petitioner is a boda fide resident of and has ~I
continuously lived in the State of Florida for more than six
(6) months prior to the commencement of this action.
3. This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and of
the subject matter in this action.
4. There have been two (2) children born of this marriage
of the parties, namely: RANDEL TODD STRAUB, age 14 and ANGELA ~
JO STRAUB, age 11~. The Court herein reserves the issues of
child support and child custody to a later date. -
5. The Court herein reserves the issue of alimony to a
later date.
6. The Court herein finds that the bonds of matrimony
entered into between PATRICIA J. STRAUB and Ti~ALTER R. STRAUB
are irretrievably broken and the marriage is hereby dissolved.
7. Except as to the dissolution of marriage granted in this
