PARTIAL REI.EASE OF \IORTGAGE I.IEN
WHEREAS, HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIr91TED, lNC., a Delaware
cocporation authorized to transact business in the State of Florida, hereinefter
called "Mortgagor," by the following described documents granted and conveyed
unto THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, a national banking association,
hereinafter called "19ortgagee" and its assigns, the premises and property therein
particularly described to secure the payment of the sum of money hereinafter
mentioned with inte~est thereon: ~
Mortgage given by HUTCNINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, as
Moetgagoc, in favoc of THE F1RST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, as Mortgagee,
dated December 4, 1978, and filed in Official Reeord Book 299, at Page 991, in the
Public Recocds of St. Lucie County, Florida, i~ the ociginal amount of Twelce'
Million Dollars (E12,000,000.00), and c~s modified by Modification of Mortgage
dated June 2, 1980, and reeorded in Official Records Book 332 at Puge 1738 af the
Public Reeords o[ St. Lucie County, Flocida, wherein HUTCHINSON ISLAND
LIMITED, INC, assumed the indebtedness secured by said 1~lortgage, and increased
the indebtedness to the principal sum of Thirteen ~1iilion Dollars (S13,000,000.00),
together with an Assignment of Leases, Rents flnd Profits recorded in Official
Record I;ook 2 9~ at Page 1002, and UCC-t Financing State-nent record~d in
Official Kecord Book 299, at Page 1008, all of said documents filed in the Public
Records of St. Gucie County, Florida, ~nd in addition, a L'CC-1 Financing
Statement i'iled with the Secretary of State, Sttzte of Florida, on December 7,
1978, under File No. 966909, betwcen said parties; and
WHEREAS, the said 1~Iortgtxge has requested the said l~lortgagee to
release the premises and other proQerty hereinafter desecibed, being a part of said
1~Zortgage, and encumbered premises, from the liens and opecation of said Vlortgage
and other liens;
NOW, TH~REFORE, KNOW YE, that the said '.17ortgagee, in considera-
tio~ of the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars (510.00) and other good and
valuable censiderations to it in hand paid by or on behalf of the said mortgagor at
the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate, and dischacge from th^ lien.and operation
of said Mortgage and other liens referred to above unto the seid Mortgagor, its
successors and assigns that certain portion of the premises conveyea by said
~iortgage, and other liens referred to above more pnrticularly described as follows:

to the Declacation of Condominium recorded
September 11, 1980, in Official Records Book 338,

TO fiAVF•, AND `CO HOLD the same, with the nppurtenances, unto the
said 1lortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonersted and
discharged of and from the iien of sai~3 1lortgage and every part thereof; provided
always, nevertheless tht~t nothing t-erein contu~ned shs~li in anywise i rnpair, alter or
diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the afores~id ~Sortgage and other liens
referred to above on the remaining ~roperty of suid mortg~ged prernises, not
hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
