examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
~ plan, and ackaoF-ledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
~ tial, to the successful operation and management of the Condominium property ~
~ and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein.
~ Purchaser and all arners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
S~ ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
`~' Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
,: all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits
attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property O~mer's

` Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acimowledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~mer's Association
t~ has eneumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Deciaration of Coven- _
ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser ass~u:~as the obligations as to the
., Property Ormer's Associ3tiQn as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all ~rarranties~ representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto, and
•-t the common expenses and the sums due under the Property O~rner's Association and
- other charges are estimated only. No Warranty or guaranty is made or intended
~ nor may one be relied upon except Where the same is specifically Warranted or
~ guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
