eral Highway~ City of Fort Pierce~ County of St. Lucie~ State of Florida~ (herein "Lender").
WI~EREAS~ Borrower is indebted to Lender in the principal sum of One Hund red S i x

by Bormwer's note dated January 27, 1981 ~ (herein "Note"). providing for monthly

'PO SECURE to Lender (a) the repayment of the indebtedness evidenced by the Note with interest
thereon; (b) the payment of all other sums~ with interest thereon, advanced in accordance herewith to
protect the security of this Mortgage; (c) the performance of the covenants and agreements of Borrower
herein contained; (d) the performance of the covenants and agreements incorporated by reference hereinto;
and (e) the_ repayment of any future advances~ with intecest thereon, made to Bonower by Lender pur-
suant to pazaqraph 21 hereof or incorporated by reference hereinto (herein "Future Advances"), Borrower
dces hereby mortgage, grant and convey to Lender the following de9cribed property located in the County
of St • Luc i e State of Florida:
Condominiun parcel No. 4200-C of SEASCAPE i, a condominium accord.ing
to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official
Records Book 338, at page t033, and any ammendments thereto, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with all of the appurtenances to such apartinent, the air
conditioning unit serving said apartment and all fixtures and applicances
located therein.
The mortgagarcovenants that it and the association responsible for
the operation of this condominium wi:l observe all of the provisions
of the Declaration of Condominium which is above described, and of
the Condominlum Act, and will perform their obligations under such
Declaration and Act; and a failure to do so which is not cured within
30 days after notice given by the mortgagee to the mortgagor and the
association shall constitute a default under this mortgage.
The PROMISSORY NOTE secured by this MORT6AGE contains renegotiable
interest rate provisions. The INTEREST RATE and MONTHLY PAYMENTS
called for by said Note are thus subject to adjustment.

TOGETHER with all the improvemenis now or hereafter erected on the property, and all ease-
ments, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water riqhts, and
water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property~ all of which, includinq replacements
and additions thereto, shall be deemed to be and remain a part of the property covered by this Mortgage;
and all the foreqoinq, together with said property (or the leasehold estate if this Mortgage is on a lease-

Borrower covenants that Bo~rower is lawfully seised of the estate hereby conveyed and has the riqht
