recorded in the of~ce of the cleck of the circuit court of the county in which the Prope~ty is located and
in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date. in the volume and~ at the page aa follows:

Such pmvisiona as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenanta 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenanta 18~ 19~ 20~ 22~ and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
references to the Property~ Bamwer, Lender and Note contained in the above de.~cribed maater form of
mortqage and incorporated by refersnce hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property~ Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage. .
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Bon~ower~ Lender~ at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortqage~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advancea, with
interest thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are secuc+ed hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage~ not includinq sums advanced in accord ~ E herewith to protect the ~ecurity of this Mortqage~ exceed
the ocqinal amount of the Note plus US $
