WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN

by Grantee~ the receipt whereof is hereby acknoNledged, has granted, bar~ained
and sold to said Grantee~ its heirs and assigns forever, the folloWing deserib- •

Condominium Parcel No. 7232 of CATAMARAN II, a Condominium, according to the
Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 334,
at page 2451, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. -
Th~s conveyance is sub~ect to and by aceepting this Deed~ Grantee hereby agrees
to assume the follo~ring:
1. Taxes for the current and subsequent years.
2. Cohditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements, and other
~atters of record; however, this reference shall not operate tQ reimpose any of
:he same.
3. Tt,e Declaration of Condomini~an and Exhibits attached tfiereto.
4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-LaWS, and Declaration of Covenants and
Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Or+ner's Association, Inc., a F2orida
non-profit corporation, the provisions of Which doc~ents run with the land.
The Grantee hereby assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Ormer's
Association. .
`~~ The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective
~ parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fu12y ~rarrant title to all the premises
hereby conveyed against all and every person Whomscever, taWfully claiming by,
;~ through or under Grantor; and aill defend same against the lawful claims of
~~ such persons claiming by, through, or under said Crantor.
