Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt. acknowledges that this
purchase of a condomini~ unit at OCEAN VILLAGB OF HU?CHINSON ISLAND is subfect
ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condaainiuo as to the condominiun in
which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not lim-
ited to (whether the same are attached to the Deelaration~of Condominiuo or re-

ferred to therein), the By-Laws of the Association,~Articles of Incorporation,
the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro~ected operating budget~ copy of sales
brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments
to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation,
By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictfens of the Property Owners
Association; and Purchaser further ackno~rledges receipt of and reading and
examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochuce and floor
plan, and ackna+ledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
ti3l, to ttie successful operation and management of the Condominium property
and is in the best interests and Por the benefit of all the oxners therein.
Purchaser and all owmers of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser heceby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the ternis and provisions of said Deelaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits
attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment unde. the Property O~rner's
Assaciation doc~mments referred to above and the prnvisions thereof are reason-
ahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknoNledges and confir~s that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~mer's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condomini~nn parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said'Deelaration of Coven-
ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assu~as the obligations as to the
Property Owner's Association as to his condomirium parcel. Purchaser confirms
that ali warranties, representatians, and inducements, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits attached thereto, and
the co~on expenses and the su~ns due under the Property O~mer's Association and
other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied upon except wt-ere the same is specifically warranted or
guaranteed in said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits attached thereto.
