This cause came on to be heard on January 23, 1981 on the
petitioner's prayer for temporary relief and the court having heard
the testimony of the parties and being fully advised in the premises,
it is herein ,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1, Each of the parties is hereby restrained and enjoined
from and against harassing the other, threatening the other, using
force or violence against the other or otherwise annoying or inter-
fering with the other party. All and singular the Sheriffs of the
State of Florida are hereby directed to enforce this restraining
order by taking the offending party into custody.
2. Neither party shall sell or otherwise dispose of any

household furniture, furnishings and appliances including the console
stereo.
3. The wife is awarded ter~porary exclusive possession of
the marital home located at 2500 N. 43rd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida
co~encing Saturday, January 31, 198I at 5:00 PM. The husband shall
vacate the home on or before January 31, 1981 at 5:00 PM.
4. Neither party shall commit any waste, damage or destruc-
tion to the marital home.
S. These proceedings are continued for a period of 45 days and

the parties are ordered to undergo marriage counseling within that '
period, said counseling to be arranged by the attorneys for the parties.
