THIS ACTION was heard upon the Plaintiff's Complaint filed
herein, a default having-been entered in this cause against the
Defendants for failure to serve or file any paper as requir~d
by law, and upon the evidence submitted to the Court in support
of the Complaint f iled herein, and the Court finding that the
Plaintiff is entitled to a Final Judgment, and further finding
that it has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter
of this cause, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:

1. That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
the subject matter of this cause.
2. That the default en~ered in this matter is confirmed
and ratified.
