Borrower and Lendec hereby expressly adopt and incorporate by reference into this Mortgage and
hereby aqree to be bound by the covenanta and agreements contained in Uniform Covenants nu~nbered 1
through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18. ~19, 20, 22, and 23 of the mastec form of morsqage
recocded in the of~ce of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Properry ia lxated and

references to the Property; Borrower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by referance hereinto shall be consvued to mean the Property~ Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Bocrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the pmvisiona
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage. ,
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIF'ORM COVFNANTS. Boirower and Lender further covenant and acgee
as follows: ~
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower~ Lender, at Lender's option within twenty yeara
from the date of this Mortgaqe, may make Future Advances to Bonower. Such Futtue Advances, with
intereat theraon~ shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promis~ory notea stating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtednesa secured by this Mort-
gage~ not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage~ exceed
the ocginal amount af the Note plus US S~`~
