- AGREEMENT RENEWING EASEMENT

THIS AGREE.MENT RENEWING EASEMENT dated this
day of , 1980, by and between ST. LUCIE
VETS. INC.. a Florida Corporation Not-For-Profit (hereinafter
referred to as "Grantor") and THE NEWS TRIBUNE. a Division
of Florida Freedom News Papers, Inc. (hereinafter referred

to as "Grantee"). ~
WHEREAS, by Easement dated September. 24, 1970,
recorded at Official Records Book 187..Page 1042, Grantor
gave unto Grantee an easement for parking and ingress and
egress over certain portions of the following" described
property, to wit:
. Lots 11, 12, 13 and 18•of Block 30, PINEWOOD
SUBDIVISION. as.per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book S, Page 24,.of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.together with the East
half of 20 foot alley.bordering Lots 11, i2 and 13
as described above.

which easement runs until September 24.- 1980: and
WHEREAS, said Easement provided that the Grantee
had an option to renew same for an additional period of ten
(10) years com~nencing on the~expiration of the current
Easement term; aiid • •

WNEREAS, Grantee has chosen to exercise its said
. option to renew the easement. '
NOW, THERFFORE, in consideration of the foreRoing.
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable mutual
considerations it~is agreed as follows:
1. The Easement in favor of Grantee over certain
portions of the above-described.property of Grantor is
hereby renewed for a'period of ten (10) years commencing
on September 25. 1980, and continuinR throuph and including
September 24, 1990. ~
2. All other terms, covenants and conditions of
the original Easement Agreement date,d September 24, 1970
