under the mortgage or note referred to above.
- 4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a change or amendment to~the afor.ementi~ned promissory note and
e mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirn~ed by the new
abligor(s). ~
5. This Agreement is biading upon the heirs, personal represente-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties.
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the.Association to the same ex-
. tent and in the same manner as if the OMmer(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
rti~rtgage and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured ther.eby.
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
- is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association _
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property Lo the Owner(s).
