in Deed Book 258 page 2484. Being Lot 27, Black 175--Port St. Lucie
Section 4 subdivision as per Plot Qook 12 page 149 in the public records
of St. Lucie County Florida. Lot owned by the entireties with surviving
wife Jeanne C. Rinn.
2. THAT Affiant was married to the above nsmed spouse pr±or [o
the date of acquisition of the aforesaid proper[y, and tl:ey re-
mained continuously married from that date up to and includizg '

spouse. The affiant and decedent were married on July 23, 1923. ~ = t
3. THAT Affiant's s ouse died of natural causes in Gity of Erie ~ t

have been paid in full. •
