Before me the undersigned authority personally appeared
W.K. BIGGIES
well lanown to me, who first being duly sworn and cautioned, did
depose and say as follows: ~
1. This Affidavit relates to the following described ~
property, lying and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
The West 89.75 feet of the East 93.75 feet of
Lot 2, Block 7, REPIAT OF PAIM GARDENS, according
to Che Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12,
at page 42 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
2. Your Affiant was married to MARGARET BIGGI~S prior to
the date of acquisition of Title to aforesaid property by
Agreement for Deed dated September 17, 1965 and Recorded in
Official Records Book number 134 at page 357 of the Public Records
of St. Iucie County, Florida on December 28, 1965, and has
remained continuously married from thaC date up to and including
the date of this affidavit.
3. Your Affiant is not that certain William K. Biggles
as referred to in the Final Judg~ent dated January 8, 1970 and
Recorded in Official Records book number 184 at page 835 on
April 29, 1970.
