FINAL JUDGMENT QUIETING TITLE
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the plaintiff`s
Motion for Summary Final Judgment, and the Court having considered
the pleadings, affidavits and exhibits and being otherwise fully
advised -in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That due and legal service has been had upon the
defendants in this cause and the said named defendants, GUSTAW
RYCHTER, a/k/a GUSTAV RYCHTER, a/k/a GUSTAV RYCHTER NIEDZIELSKI,
EDMUND RYCHTER and TNOMAS F. DERFN, if any such persons are
alive; and if dead, their unknown spouses, heirs, devisees grantees,
creditors and all other parties claiming by, through, under or
against them, were represented by JACQUELIN~ L. RUSSAIS, Esq.,
the Attorney Ad Litem and Guardian Ad Litem as appointed by this
court.
2. That this court has jurisdiction over the said
parties hereto and of the subject matter of this litigation.
3. That the plaintiff's Motion for Summary Final
Judgment as to GUSTAW RYCHTER, et al, is found to be well taken,
and tl~e same be and it is hereby granted.
4. That the equities of this cause are with the
plaintiff.
5. That the defendants in this cause, GUSTAW RYCHTER,
a/k/a GUSTAV RYCHTER, a/k/a GUSTAV RYCHTER NIEDZIELSKI, EDMUND
RYCHTER and THOMAS F.DEREN, if alive, and if dead, their unknown
spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors and all other
