all and other parties having or claiming to any right to the pro-
perty herein described, and each of them, be and they are hereby :
forever and penaanently enjoined ~nd restrained from asserting ~
or attempting to assert, any right, title, interest, claim or
demand, either legal or equitable, in and to said property,
hereinafter described, and from prosecuting or attempting to
prosecuty, any suit in equity or law to obtain possession thereto,
or title thereto, or any interest or estate therein.
6. That the tax deed executed by the Clerk of the
Circuit Court, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, on July 3,
1972, in Official Records Book 203,_at page 2762, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,is new, original and indepen-
dent title~to the property hereinafter described.
7. That the assessment of taxes on the land herein-
after described in all proceedings for the sale of said lands
in default of the payment of the taxes by the former owners, and
the issuance of the tax deed by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
St. Lucie County, Florida, were strictly in conformity with law.
8. That ~he plaintiff, MARTHA DICKSON, f/k/a MARTHA W.
JIMERSON, be and she is hereby decreed to be the owner fee simple
of the property involved in this cause in which is statute, lying
in and being in St.Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 49, of INDIAN RIVER ESTATES
UNIT SEVEN, a subdivision according to
the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10,
Page ?5, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
9. That ~he title of the said plaintiff in and to
said property in fee si.mple be, and the same is, hereby quieted
and established against each and every one of defendants in this
cause, and any and all persons, firms and corporations,claiming
by through, under or against them, or any of them; and that the
asserted claims of the said defendants, and any and all persons,
firms, and corporations, interested in said property as heirs
at law, devisees, grantees, legatees, assignees, mortgagees, or
otherwise, and each of them be and that same are hereby removed
from the title of the plaintiff as clouds thereon.
