I. PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative/administrator,

of the above estate, alleges:
l. The decedent, PERRY CARLTON, a resident of Saint Lucie
County, Flarida, died on April 4, 1970, and Letters of Administra-
tion were issued to Petitioner on April 17, 1970.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Final Accounting containing
a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since the date of
the last accounting filed herein.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making
payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and deb~s that
were presented, and by paying or making provision for the payment of
all taxes and expenses of administration and Petitioner has retained
a reserve fund as set forth in the Final Accounting for the payment
of any additional claims, debts, expenses and taxes.
4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to
the personal representative/Administratcr, attorneys, accountants,
appraisers or other agents employed by the personal representative is

5. Petitioner has filed all estate and other tax returns
required to date with the Internal Revenue Service and with the.Depart-
ment of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with
