both federal and Florida estate taxes, and Petitioner will file other
such.required returns and reports.
6. Petitioner proposes to make a partial distribution of the
assets of this Estate with the exception of the reserve fund to the heirs-
at-law of PERRY CARLTON, Deceased, in the amounts equalling the percentage
interests of the heirs-at-law as set forth in the Order Deterr.iining Heirs
based upon Lucy Jane Carlton Rogers being an heir-at-law of PERRY CARLTON,
Deceased. Said Order Determining Heirs being incorporated herein and made
a part hereof by reference.
7. Petitioner proposes, upon proper authorization by this Court,
to deduct from the share of Sarah Nelson Vogel a/k/a Sally Vogel the
amount of money found by this Court to•be assigned to Edythe A~dams and
to pay such amount to Edythe Adams.
8.. Petitioner proposes to make distribution of the remainder
of the reserve fund after the payment of any additional claims, debts,
fees, expenses and taxes together with any refund of taxes, if any,
according to the method of distriLution as set forth in Paragraph (6)
hereinabove and Petitioner proposes to file an Amended Final Accounting
if any additional payments are made or refunds received and if so ordered
by this Court.
9. Petitioner haslpreviously made a Par.tial Distribution of
the assets of the'estate in 1978 and 1979 to all of the heirs-at-law of
the Decedent except Lucy Jane Carlton Rogers according to their respec-
tive percentage interests of One Million And Ninety Thousand Dollars
(51,090,000.00), and such Partial Distribution was set forth in the Order
granting Partial Distribution and in one interim accounting previously
filed and in 1980 an Order ordering a Partial Distribution to Lucy Jane
Carlton Rogers, an heir-at-law of the Decedent was entered and a Partial
Distribution was made to said heir of approximately Two Hundred And Sixty
One Thousand Dollars (~261,000.00) pZus interest; and this Partial Distri-
bution is accounted for in the Final Accountinq filed with this Court.
